Might be expensive but It is so worth it! Staff is amazing. The food is amazing. I highly recommend everyone to have at least one dinner at the hotel. Everything you order will come out as art work. It is hard to find a match outside the hotel. I had the room with pool and enjoyed every minute of it. Beach access is everything.

We absolutely loved this resort and the staff. The property, the room, the people and the food was excellent! The only hiccup was the spa where they had less experienced staff providing services which didn’t match the pricing. They made up for it though with compensating us with a better price — very classy on them. I would definitely come back ! Thank you to the staff!

We stayed for four nights in an open-plan sea-view suite at Ammades All Suites Beach Hotel & Spa. The room was spacious, modern, and well-designed, featuring a dual-function shower, sleek bathroom LED lighting, scales, and flannels. The service from the restaurant and fifth-floor housekeepers was exceptional. In the restaurant, Samantha was welcoming and consistently competent, while Maria’s friendly demeanor brightened every morning. The Filipino cleaning crew went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Conversely, reception staff were perfunctory and lacked the enthusiasm and genuine engagement seen elsewhere. Grounds maintenance was top-notch, with gardeners working as early as 7:00 AM. Breakfast food quality was excellent—the eggs Benedict and honey station were highlights. However, combining a help-yourself buffet with à la carte ordering led to unpredictable dish timing and sequencing, unlike full self-service where guests control the pace. While not a dealbreaker, it is worth management’s consideration. Security was impressive, with a 24-hour guard presence at the entrance and guest parking area. Features like this set the property apart and may contribute to its prestigious Michelin Key award on Rhodes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel.

Really lovely stay at Ammades - the staff are excellent, rooms are lovely and breakfast is great. You can order as many dishes as you like off the à la carte menu, and the staff are more than happy to let you customise which is appreciated. Rooms are serviced twice daily, always to a very high standard, plenty of drinking water provided. We had a room with a private pool which was worth the extra money, you still get all the benefits of the main pool - staff will deliver drinks to your sun loungers! Location is good and within easy walking distance of Faliraki, although worth having a car (the hotel offers free parking) to explore the Old Town / Lindos / further. No negatives from our stay, would recommend to all!

Excellent premises and great staff. Special thanks to Erieta at the reception and Maria at the restaurant/pool, you show what it means to take care of the guests. If you want peaceful couples holiday, this the perfect place for that. Do note that the "party" really is somewhere else - perhaps up the hill at the sister hotel...

What an amazing hotel! The level of service you receive is beyond 5 stars! A huge thank you to all the team for making it such a wonderful stay. Shops within 1min walk until 10pm open. We had the suite with a private pool and it was amazing. The lights and space makes it really comfortable. Bed was firm but comfy, tv is huge, bathroom is spacious with a really nice rain-shower. Plenty of closet space. You get refills with water, they clean and change towels twice a day. The pool is heated and the sunbeds are big and soft. It’s relatively quiet, not as insulated as some other Scandinavian hotels, and the room gets super dark and cool at night. The only thing that bothered us was the toilet, it is separated from the shower and sink, so there is no way to clean yourself directly after, you have to go out and wash your hands. Now what blew us away was the service, the staff is super friendly and you can ask them anything and they will try to accommodate you as fast as possible. The breakfast is amazing, there is a buffet as well as a menu that you can order from, and the coffee should be awarded some sort of prize, because damn. They also have a direct service to your private pool area, just press the button! So easy and amazing service. The only thing that was a slight downgrade was unfortunately the main courses/ restaurant food, it was delicious for sure but for a Michelin star we expected something else. However the service definitely makes up for it. All in all, a 9,9/10 experience. The pictures in the description are accurate!

The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. It is new and the rooms are spacious. But from the reception to the breakfast - nothing reminds of being in a 5 star hotel (high season around EUR 500,- per night!!!). The room was not cleaned well - dust, hair etc everywhere on the floor. The bathroom does not have a door (neither does the shower itself). When you take a shower, the entire room is filled with steam. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels that have animation and loud music all day long until late at night. We have booked and pre-paid 10 nights...actually, we were done after the first night.

This hotel is not it. It’s trying to be too grand dios and has mended up being sterile and cold .the room was just okay. There is no lobby bar or anywhere you can can really get a drink. The beach is super rocky and not what we hoped. Some of the front desk staff were condescending and patronizing. We stayed here as a couple but our best friend stayed at the sister property the Esperos Village up the hill - it was WAY better with a glorious view. great food: the shuttle drivers between the two properties were amazing, kind and professional. our friend from the sister property canoe to meet us at our hotel to take a taxi into the town and was told she’s “only allowed to come up to our room for two minutes”. Bizarre - they are sister properties . It’s trying to be exclusive but they are just not pulling it off. We travel the world and have stayed in many luxury properties - this hotel is just NOT giving welcoming or luxury vibes. The breakfast was nice and staff there were helpful.

Such a wonderful hotel! We had one of the most relaxing holiday ever, the room was spacious, great design and amenities with fabulous view of the sea. I loved it the pool and lounge chairs, they were extremely comfortable. The overall theme was quality everywhere, from the bedsheets, to the umbrellas. I was excited to also snorkel right in front of the hotel and see so many colourful fish. The breakfast was great and the options for dinner and lunch were lovely. I already recommended this hotel to so many of my friends. Worth every penny, quiet and luxurious is what’s best describing it.
