Very expensive hotel for what they offer. Property is very small and there is not much to do. Onsen is very small ... not impressed !!! Avoid this hotel unless you pay 100 usd a night... I paid 700... Only good thing is the restaurant

My husband and I, who are from Australia, stayed at Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa for 5 nights as the last part of our 3 week holiday in Japan. We loved the area and the beautiful scenery which included views of Mt Fuji from our hotel room. The hotel, the food and the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
