There is ongoing construction next door to this hotel.
This makes the only nice part of the hotel - the view of the Kineret - unpleasant.
BE WARNED THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE HOTEL WITH CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR THAT WILL RUIN THE TRANQUILITY THAT THIS HITEL PRETENDS YO OFFER.
THERE EAS ALSO NOISY REPAIRS INSIDE THE HOTEL FROM 8am.
Do NOT stay at this hotel until at least 2027 when construction next door is due to finish

Exceptional Hotel with the best Dining experience!
Amazing resort! We had the best time and enjoyed every part of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was excellent!!!
Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time.
Massage was also very good and professional!
We will definitely come back every time we visit Israel.

From the moment we walked into this property my family and I were amazed at how beautiful it was from the detail inside and out it was just fabulous! The food was outstanding and staff incredible…… Odelia was Amazing she couldn’t do enough for us with grace a constant smile no to mention coming from the same country! The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality.

The entry to the hotel was difficult to find. After driving around several times we were told the closed gate is where we enter. There was no sign to indicate this the entry to Galei Kinert.

Disappointed
Our stay at this property was very disappointing- we had a cockroach in our bed, we waited 40 minutes for a waiter to take our order for lunch and we ended up leaving and we had to change rooms because it smelled like sewage ( mind you we had the most expensive rooms). These are just a few of the issues we encountered .. I do have to say that the location and property is very nice
