What a beautiful and serene hotel! Perfect for a three-night stopover on the way to Europe. Location in Chinatown was excellent, and everything was so gorgeous. The pool area is lovely and the restaurants are great. Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, was generous and delicious. Highly recommended. Would absolutely book again.

We wanted stay in a lively atmosphere and Else did not disappoint. Pros: The breakfast was amazing, great service and the bed was top notch and hotel furniture is of great taste. Great pool area with interesting view. Tips to improve: Rooms carpets need some deep cleaning. Bar drinks are on the light side. I am very happy and would gladly stay again.

Calm retreat in the heart of the city. Close to sights and easy to reach from the airport. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Aesop products give a wonderful scent to the room and luxurious touch when showering.

Clean and modern. Lovely staff. We had a power cut during our stay which meant no breakfast first morning. We were only there two nights. Breakfast the next day was so good, we were even more disappointed that we’d missed it the day before. The only negatives I would say is that no reparations were made for missing breakfast and the air conditioning was not very cold. Apart from that, it was great.

I loved my stay at the Else and highly recommend it to anyone visiting KL. It was the perfect boutique hotel experience. The service was impeccable and the hotel was beautifully curated - it had a lovely library, unique art work and luxe bathroom toiletries. I found the location very convenient as well. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend you book a room that overlooks the pool. My room faced the street and it was quite loud due to night time activities.

Highly recommended. As a frequent traveller around Asia, this is an absolute jem. The dining options are faultless. The staff are very professional and friendly. They do their best to make Malaysia a place you want to come back to, which we definitely will be doing. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
