The hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures. Walls are all dirty full of scuff marks, pillows were stained, mattress was stained. The hotel has a banquet hall connected to it. Music starts playing from 8 pm to 5:30 am in the morning. Impossible to sleep. The room would shake.

None of the staff were good and the front desk guy made me wait in the lobby longer than necessary, although my room was ready. The room wasn't clean enough, so I had allergy problems. The wifi had problems. Then I got woken up at 430 am by people leaving, rolling their suitcases on the stone tiles on the other side of the wall from my bed. This went on for the next hour or two. I was going to stay another night, but went elsewhere

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, y en las fotos se ve limpio, pero ya que llegue al hotel y realice el check-in, llegando a la habitación hay protectores auditivos de espuma junto a un papel que dice “nos gustaría abordar un pequeño desafío que estamos enfrentando…hemos notado y somos conscientes que el salón de eventos puede llegar a ser un poco ruidoso en ocasiones y entendemos que esto puede afectar su tranquilidad… queremos que se sientan cómodos… por lo que estamos tomando diversas medidas … colocaremos tapones para los oídos”, el problema es que durante la reserva no te dicen nada de estos desafíos, la limpieza mal, encontré insectos y lo reporte en recepción, no logré descansar por el alto ruido, terminé entregando la habitación a las 6 de la mañana, si buscas descansar y limpieza, este hotel no lo recomiendo

O quarto era bom, espaçoso e confortável. Ficamos no terceiro pavimento. Não se ouvia barulho de rua, apesar de estar localizado no centro. O atendimento foi muito bom, com funcionários muito educados e dispostos. O café da manhã é bom, e conta com opções de pães e bebidas. O hotel é localizado no centro, e apesar de não a rua mais bonita dali, conseguíamos andar de forma segura nos arredores, a pé, até 19:30h aprox. Para os perfeccionistas, a limpeza do banheiro deixará um pouco a desejar, mas nada que não se converse na recepção. Existem alguns itens disponíveis para compra na recepção, o que facilita também a estadia

O Hotel é bem central, ao redor tem lojas e mercados. Você consegui fazer a região do centro a pé, a avienida Corrientes dica a menos de 2 quarterões e é linda a noite. A noite é um pouco esquisito como qualquer região do centro, mas não me senti insegura em nenhum momento. O pessoal do Hotel são gentis e solicitos. O meu banheiro que quando cheguei, acho que esqueceram de limpar, o aparelho sanitário estava sujo, mas como chegamos a meia noite não falei nada eu só queria dormi, Café da manhã possui pães, pães doces, bolos e frios. No todo foi ótimo.

O quarto que fiquei tinha vazamentos na parede do banheiro, banheira velha e bastante desgastada, quarto grande e ar condicionado/ aquecedor não conseguia esquentar, a cama de casal esta no mesmo espaço das camas de solteiro, chão do quarto engordurado. A localização muito boa, atendimento de razoavel a bom, o cafe da manhã custava 12000 ARS pos pessoa, algo por volta de 60 a 70 reais.
