Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, and it had everything we needed. The only hiccup is that we were travelling with my brother-in-law, and we didn't realize that the bedrooms are connected such that you have to walk through the main one to get to the bathroom. It was not a great setup for our travelling group, but would have been fine for a family with children. As a bonus, they have a rooftop tower patio that was absolutely wonderful!

A really special place to stay. Our room on first floor had a beautiful balcony / terrace. A good sized kitchen / lounge and bedroom. The property is in a good situation in the old town above a very nice restaurant there was also a great roof terrace. The property was professionally run and good value. We would like to return.

This was such a beautiful stay. Highly recommend! The room was just as pictured. Overhead and handheld shower options. All kitchenette amenities less a cook stove. Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. Would be good to have better sound proofing shutters on the windows. Otherwise a fabulous place and would be wonderful for a couple families or small group to book together.

Favourite stay in Portugal.

This was our best stay of our entire Portugal trip. This was a perfect location-walking distance to everything, and the apartment was so cute. I fell in love with the patio and the beautiful view. The included breakfast arrived in a picnic basket in the morning to our door. Obrigada.

Atmospheric place in beautiful Evora

What an amazing place. The room was wonderful, spacious, well-appointed. The service was friendly with lots of nice touches such as a delicious continental breakfast which is delivered to the room after you pick what is in it. Our room had an absolutely lovely patio as well. Very centrally located, right behind the cathedral in the Moorish neighborhood. Highly recommended.

This is a gem right in the middle of the walled city of Evora. Our room was amazing a great patio with table chairs with a nice view. Everything is in walking distance, best to park the car and get your comfy shoes on. Parking is an issue we were lucky got a spot right near the hotel. Nice coffee shop right across the road that had great pastries. Would highly recommend this hotel

We cisited on a public holiday so unfortunately the restaurant was closed, however a very thoughtful and delicious breakfast was delivered in a beautiful basket. The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The apartments have an amazing view of the town from the roof terrace (nearly as good as going on the roof of the cathedral!). The communication about access to the rooms and parking was fantastic. I highly recommend these apartments for a stay in Évora

Casa Soure is within the medieval Evora walls. You can walk to the major attractions within 5, 10 minutes. The property is a bit difficult to get to, especially if you're driving. You have to walk through the restaurant to get to the apartments. But once you're at the property, you'll find a spacious, clean apartment right in the center of town. It's really cute that they provide you with a breakfast basket in the morning with your choice of baked goods, protein, and beverages.

I wish I had more time to enjoy the space!

Charming unit in a prime location! We needed a one night stay as we extended our road trip to include Evora. The unit itself is designed and decorated very tastefully and cozy. The amenities were as described (2 coffee pods included, 2 more would have been ideal). We opted for the continental breakfast that was delivered in a cute basket and right on time! The unit is above a restaurant and the corner was a little noisy but it didn’t affect our stay. The rooftop view was spectacular! The common areas nice as well. I wish I had another day and night to enjoy the property. Communication was timely and clear. Would stay again for sure!

Outstanding 8-night stay at Casa Soure

Casa Soure was outstanding. My wife and I stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed everything. It was very clean, lots of cooking utensils, full kitchen, nice bathroom, esp for Europe, comfortable bed. The breakfast in a basket was amazing. There was so much food we would have enough for lunches. Local Portuguese meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, yogurt, coffee and tea. The balcony was so great. Had our breakfasts sitting out there and would sit and watch the locals at the square across the street. The only negatives were the check in process - we arrived around 4:30 and nobody was in the office. Hotels.com sent instructions to my email however I hadn't had wifi for a few hours and never received the instructions until arriving at the property. It was difficult to actually locate our apartment. The other negative aspect was the noise from the open air restaurant below. It is literally directly below the balcony. They played recorded music while setting up for lunch and dinner and during open hours and made a lot of noise when cleaning up at 1030 pm after dinner. We would definitely return here though. Very good location for exploring Evora. Obrigada Casa Soure!!
