Room was outstanding but the real treat was the staff. From check-in to breakfast server each day and throughout our stay the staff was amazing. The hotel is in the heart of the action but also inside the quiet zone at night.

Excellent staff, decent breakfast. Restaurant for dinner was a bit disappointing. Caution for people with any mobility issues, the suite we stayed in had a 14 step spiral staircase to the sleeping loft.

This is a great boutique hotel. It has charm, great service, an excellent resturant. It has a rooftop garden that has a small view of the city and some church steeples. The rooftop garden also has a jacuzzis. The water is not hot but cool and refreshing. Night time is peaceful and quiet. Go reserve this hotel in Casco Viejo

I can’t say enough good things about the accommodations, the staff and the room. I did stay in a suite and I hear the regular rooms are quite small. The suite was beautiful. Loved the jacuzzi on the roof. The staff was super nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
