Fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent service. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful even regarding our names. The rooms were very well appointed, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The breakfast was delicious and catered to most any taste. The dinner menu also offered a varied menu and the food was excellent. Views from the rooftop bar were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Shopping was at our doorstep and many attractions a short walk away

10/10 — Exceptional location, service, and hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi for the first time. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to walk to many of the city’s highlights, including Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and the main shopping streets. We hardly needed transportation during our stay, which made exploring Hanoi easier. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Since this was our first visit to Vietnam, the staff kindly showed us a map and gave us detailed recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, which was extremely helpful. I would like to mention hotel manager and staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. She checked in with us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we were enjoying our stay. She and all other hotel staff were friendly, attentive and professional and this made our visit to Hanoi even more memorable. We would happily return!
