Extraordinary hotel serving beyond our needs. Every want attended to...staff well trained, amenties all 5 Star, food excellent, arranged reservations/assisted with medical concerns... I cannot even describe how 10 STAR quality this hotel is. Near the Duomo, near everything. Clean, friendly. We have already recommended it to friends who are coming to Florence in the spring. Cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Top notch

It was by far the best hotel ive ever been to. They gave me a free upgrade to the largest room there. It was incredible. But, besides the room, the staff went above and beyond. I never write out reviews but felt compelled to about this place.
