I can’t say enough good things about all the staff. From the moment we arrived until our departure it was excellent. All the decor to aeromatic smells in the lobby it seemed to be a well though out upscale hotel. I can not go with out mentioning Arel is the STAR at the front desk. They made us feel so welcomed that this is now our go-to hotel for Seattle.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers.
