This hotel is stunningly set in the countryside on spectacularly beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent and helpful. Breakfast was to die for with some of the best croissants I’ve ever eaten. The restaurant was very good indeed, and there are excellent alternatives ten minutes away in St-Saturnin-les-Apts as well. The place has a very calming ambience that we loved. Our villa was Amoureaux, a very interestingly decorated place. It is, however, not a practical place to stay (though the bed was very comfortable), ESPECIALLY if you have any mobility issues. The bedroom is upstairs while the toilet is downstairs. In between the two are a set of hair-raising steep bare concrete stairs without any railings that have danger written all over them. The point of this review is not to dissuade you from staying at this property- we would return again in a heartbeat- it is indeed spectacular. If you simply book any other villa besides this one, we can guarantee a very pleasant stay- just not Amoureaux.

Had a great stay here. The property was large and expensive with lots of privacy and amenities. I also really enjoyed the restaurant adjacent to the lake towards the rear of the property. It was a unique dining experience with primarily outdoor seating underneath a giant sycamore tree that was apparently over 400 years old!

The hotel was stunning and very unique and the food was very good but the service was horrible - the woman working at the front desk was rude, I received 0 service by the pool and had to literally run around the entire property trying to find water. The pillows were so thick that my fiancee and I had to sleep on the mattress without a pillow…it was insane. They did try to fix the problem but they didn’t have thinner pillows or pillowcases that fit the actual pillow. Would not stay here again due to the service which is unfortunate because the hotel is so unique and has amazing art.

Un bel endroit, mais qui vit un peu sur le passé et mérite plus d'entretien. L'accès aux chambres est compliqué vu l'étendu du domaine. Dans notre chambre, les poutres apparentes étaient vraiment trop basses, il fallait faire en permanence attention pour ne pas se cogner la tête. Le personnel est très jeune et manque de professionnalisme et d'encadrement.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Voll von Bäumen und Blumen. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich, der Rezeptionist ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein alter provenzalischer Weiler, Andeols, wurde in ein Hotel verwandelt. Wir hatten die Maison Blanche. Die Juniorsuite ist auf 3 Stockwerke angelegt, Parterre mit grosser Sitzecke und Esstisch (jedoch keine Küche), 1. Stock ein WC, 2. Stock Schlafzimmer und WC, 3. Stock ein Ausguck. Es gibt also viele Treppen zu steigen. Bei der Einrichtung waren Designer am Werk, die nicht sehr viel an Feriengäste gedacht haben. Die ganze Maison Blanche ist vollgestellt mit sicher sehr teuren weissen Designermöbeln (der Marmor-Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen), auch in der Wohnecke neben dem Schlafzimmer stehen weitere Designermöbel. Es hat ein WC, dessen Deckel sich dank eines Bewegungsmelders selber öffnen, bis zu 20 Spülarten können gewählt werden, dafür hat die einzige Dusche nur eine kleine Wanne mit einer Brause, die man die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten muss und die sich schlecht in die Halterung zurückdreht. Der ganze Raum wird nass. Statt eines zweiten WC im 1. Stock hätte man besser eine vernünftige Dusche eingebaut. Zum Essen fährt man nach Saturnin-les-Apt (vorher unbedingt reservieren).
