The service here was outstanding, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed, big or small. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the location is great. But what really made the stay was the air conditioning: during these brutally hot days, this was the only place in Vienna where we actually felt cool. Highly recommended.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Staff were amazing!!! No details left unturned. Anything we needed they assisted with. Room was beautiful as well as the entire property. It is in the heart of the city by all the areas you want to be near or easy access to the public transit system.

excellent location in the heart of the city short walking distance from shops, restaurant's, cafes and attractions, excellent attentive staff that catered for all our needs nothing was too much trouble, check in was held in a private area, the person that checks you in is the same person that takes you to your room with baggage arriving a short time after, very enjoyable stay and would stay again if we ever returned

Great hotel, food and restaurant service not

Hotel was right in the inner part of town, close to the hub of the city. Eat breakfast and dinner, food was good but service was very slow. Restaurant decor on the top floor was beautiful with great city vistas at the bar level.

An amazing hotel

Had such an amazing experience here. This is the type of hotel where you don’t have to call the front desk for any of the necessities you will find everything in your room. If your a fan of modern elegance combined the rich architecture of Vienna book here. The hotel is fantastically designed and decorated it felt more like a private apartment then a hotel as you don’t have to pass the lobby/concierge to get to your room. Every single member of staff is amazing here. The location is amazing walking distance to everywhere
