Great hotel but there's room for further improveme
Overall a great all inclusive hotel to stay at, most of the staff was really polite and well trained, sadly the same cannot be said about most servers at the main diningroom. They didn't seem to care much about the guests, no kindness at all from their side, they barely even greeted us.
Some other negative points:
1)No small pillows were provided in the room, and when we realized it before bed time, we didn't feel like walking down to the front desk to ask for them.
2)There's no inside lock on the room doors, so housekeeping staff can simply enter after a very short knocking, it's pretty frustrating and shocking in the morning.
3)There's a bowling alley that's located in the Spa facility, just a short outside walk from the hotel. It's great, really cheap but why does it have to close at 9 pm?? I suppose, that most guests, just like us would love to enjoy their day at the Spa, then after dinner (that's available till 9:30 pm) having some fun at the bowling alley, but it's impossible thanks to the super early closing time.
4)We were here during the Advent holiday, right before Xmas, the hotel is obviously almost full (didn't feel overcrowded but definitively there's a lot of guests), so why the heck there's no any live music at the bar during evenings???
After dinner up to around 1 am the bar area was full of guests who were chatting besides some drinks, I support they'd love to dance as well if there was opportunity to do so.
