Amazing hotel and probably the best in Delhi. The breakfast is amazing with a good variety and choice, including an Asian noodle station. Pool and gym are great for relaxing. All the staff in all departments are very helpful. I would recommend the Horizon club lounge with nice views over Delhi and we were delighted to be served by Yapi who is very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Imtiyaz in the concierge who went above and beyond helping courier clothes back to us in UK.

Incredible stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. I felt cared for and looked after. The hotel is stunning. The gym and wellness centre is immaculate the best in any hotel. The gym is fully equipped for any type of training including hyrox and crossfit with helpful and willing trainers available. What a wonderful stay!

The hotel is nice and well kept, epseically the common areas, restaurants and SPA. The rooms are quite old and unfortunately extremely noisy, I have even asked for a change and i was on the 18th floor from the 8th but you could hear honking cars all the time. They should have built the glasses in a better way to isolate the sounds. Overall an ok experience but I won’t return to Shangri La, prices are excessive for extras like food and beverages

Without a doubt, this was a 5/5 stay and property. Everything really went perfectly during the week-long stay. Incredibly organized staff, nice and quiet on my floor. Spotlessly clean in all parts of the property. And that newly redone fitness center / saunas area is like a day spa included in the price of the hotel. Just fantastic and now officially my preferred place to stay in CP (having overtaken The Imperial)

A lovely hotel with excellent facilities, food and staff. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. We also enjoyed the spa after exploring the city and would definitely recommend for a little time out from the busy streets outside. We stayed in a Horizon room on the 19th floor and the extra for the lounge was well worth it.

This is an excellent hotel choice for Delhi. It is a perfect location, particularly for shopping and visiting all of the main tourist areas. We especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The staff is courteous and efficient and it is a well appointed hotel. Excellent location if visiting Bhangla Sahib and walking distance to the Metro station. Excellent restaurants on site.
