A delightful hotel perfectly situated on the banks of the River Ness and only a short walk to the bustle of the small city. Guests are truly treated with first class accommodations upon entering the building; rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, heated bathroom floors, and even a pillow menu - which I have never seen before. Service and food are both notable for breakfast and dinners... bar is cozy. It is a place I would definitely stay again and again.

Very nice old building that has obviously had a lot of money spent on it recently. The facilities were also of very good quality. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent boutique hotel. Welcome was fantastic. The Indian lady on reception was very welcoming. Unusual interaction with the waitress the following morning. Scolded for being 30 mins late for the time we said we would be down for breakfast. Told to sit at any table, chose a four seater. Was then asked to move to a cramped two seater, all of the four seater tables were available throughout the breakfast service. Very bizarre. Would stay again now we are prepared for the eccentric staff member.

A beautiful Inn located a short walk from the main drag in Oban. It's right on the water, and a walkway along the bay takes you into town. The restaurant and bar are good, and very comfortable. The room was very nice, and upgraded. Our particular room was a bit small, but that didn't take away from the comfort and charm.
