very comfortable stay. nice room. great property. rides were only open 5 hours during the day which made the day pass only a break even deal. restaurant closed at 5pm. how weird. very few options for dining, even off property. we ended up eating at a little pizza shack/bar on the highway.

Didn't go but couldn't cancel after I booked it so I don't know. Be sure you want to reserve this place before you push book it because there is no refund or cancel. Lesson learned--read the fine print.

Don't charge resort prices for motel service
Our coffee maker was broken, which they replaced. Our bathroom sink was leaking and they never fixed it. It would have been nice if they would have told us we needed our room key to get to the elevator. The walls are paper thin. Room service was rude and they only provided more towels but were not doing anything else. We gave our concerns of everything to the front desk who said we'd we receive a call from the general manager and we did not. Only one place was open past 5pm, everyone was new, and the place needs a remodel.

Needs improvement!
No one would answer the phone at the front desk after calling numerous times, couldn't watch tv because there was no remote for dish network though it displayed that upon turning it on, no microwave or fridge, the hot water didnt stay hot, the cold water was hot vs cold, constant noise from the heater needing to be serviced, had to go on a scavenger hunt for the ice machine...why? Bc no one wld answer the phone!!!
