Great option for solo travelers. The location is convenient and feels very safe, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and a bakery within walking distance. The on-site restaurant has a great atmosphere, although the food is somewhat overpriced. Breakfast was good, but there were very limited vegetarian options available for dinner. The room does not include a TV or microwave, but complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee are provided. The shower was excellent (not much privacy with the frosted glass doors, if you’re sharing a room), the bed was comfortable, and the toiletries were nice quality.

The Good hotel is actually two or three floors that are part of a larger residence in Guatemala City. We didn’t realize the concept behind the hotel when we booked, but it is fantastic. The model is simple but powerful: hotel profits help fund social programs, so when guests stay there, their money directly supports local children and families in Guatemala. The rooms were small, but the balcony was beautiful. It was simple and the restaurant/bar had an excellent vibe and good food as well. We would stay here again and recommend it to your customers.
