Impeccable service, professional and helpful staff, room very convenient with an awesome view.

8/10 Very good

Overall the hotel was just what we wanted, central location with pool, jacuzzi and sauna all included in the reasonable price. We were disappointed with the housekeeping, we had to call them on 3 occasions for various items that were missing or not replenished during our 2 night stay. The breakfast was okay though some items that should have been hot were not.

Great location and very walkable to bars, restaurants and clubs. Daily room cleaning was nice (less common in US). The check in time was longer than usual, however they will hold luggage which allows walking/exploring nearby areas

The hotel is old for sure, but has character. The rooms are clean, comfy beds. The lobby is beautiful. Amazing pool, jacuzzi and a beautiful terrace for sunbathing and enjoying the views of the city from the 22nd floor. Located in old city centre close to amazing restaurants. Safe and staff is amazing. Definitely recommend to stay here

Great hotel in a great location. Steps away from the metro though we never left the immediate area so I can't comment on how teaveling that line is. Hotel room was spacious and the balcony provided a great view. The pool at the top gives a breathtaking look over the city.
