Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Extremely hot water. Heavy door to our room would be my only complaint. Lovely stay otherwise.

This property was immaculate. It all started with extremely friendly staff. Very welcoming. The amenities are unbelievable. Beautiful pools, golf course, a kids club and multiple activities. There's a beautiful restaurant, put a little on the pricey side. But it's very country, club Esque, the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable we were only there for 2 days but have could have stayed so many more. When i'm in the orlando area again, I will definitely be staying at this resort. comfortable

Pros :Our stay was amazing. Staff texted everyday to ensure we had everything we needed. Distances between our room and the grounds amenities was a bit far, so rides within the property were available within minutes with just a simple text. Our deposit was returned within hours of our departure. Cons: Hidden resort fees and parking fees arent' listed on hotels.com booking site. There isn't a designated smoking area on the site which was difficult for the smoker in our group.

Room was clean, however there was strong odor of mold, in the hallway going into the room, which resonated inside near the entrance. Loved the amenities, pool was refreshing.

Great stay as usual, staff were attentive. Some things didn’t work well, dryer, doorbell and main light but these were resolved fairly quickly once reported. Will definitely be coming back 🙂
