First impressions as you walk through the door were wow what a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Nothing was too much effort, everyone we encountered was smiling and was obviously trying to make our stay more enjoyable. The room we had was amazing, built in to a corridor, which made it really quirky, as it curved around the outside of the building and overlooked the canal. The rooftop bar was beautiful and had a gorgeous selection of wines produced in the own vineyard. All that’s left to say is we will definitely be returning!

8/10 Very good

This is a pleasant little hotel in a good location. The buffet breakfast was quite slow-going and we had to ask for things to be topped up each day. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay on our trip from Porto to Lisbon. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - even made us reservations for a boat ride and dinner. And the room itself was beautiful.

6/10 Good

Beautiful facility!!!! Parking is a real hassel! Front desk is required for the parking ticket structure and is almost never at the front. We wasted a lot of time waiting and waiting and waiting. Also— front desk staff 1/3 was quite rude. Breakfast is very nice and complete! Poor air condition in room and refrigerator that did not work.

Room was clean n very comfortable! Staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful! The upstairs bar and lounge with lovely terrace was relaxing, well stocked and offered a beautiful view of Aveiro, In all my many travels this hotel was the most friendly and most relaxed we have stayed in. Loved our time here!

Great location but I suggest to tell the staff exactly at what time you are getting there as there isn’t someone manning reception. Overall service was not bad but not super friendly. Hotel was clean and well designed.
