the room and property were very clean. food and drinks were very good! the only downside is there is not much nightlife on the resort compared to other resorts we have been to. the adult only sections were awesome but there was only 2 main pools. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our visit to the Paradisus Palma Real resort was amazing. All worked together for a beautiful awesome experience from the staff, to the cleaning of the property and to the amazing food. We are planning to return to it and be able to experience more and include some activities. We recommend the place and evaluate it with the highest level possible. Thanks to all people that made our vacation visit outstanding.

Conveniently located 30 minutes from the airport and the stay was great. We had no issues and staff members were helpful. It's family friendly but there's an adult side as well. Our family enjoyed it and will probably be back!

The entire staff at resort was incredibly helpful and made us feel like a priority. We did book a room with 2 double beds and it’s why we booked master but that was not a choice when we got here . Food, drinks, all exceptional. We will be back!

The architecture, open spaces, and pools were truly amazing! We stayed in an adults-only room, and it was spotless and had everything we needed. Our favorite restaurants were Flora and Mina; the food was absolutely delicious!

The staff was attentive, kind, and hardworking. You can choose between a family side and an adult side of the resort, but you all come together for dinner and activities. Make your dinner reservations early - they fill up fast. Our concierge at the Paradisus Palma Real did an amazing job looking after us, providing us with daily information, making reservations for us, and helping us choose our activities. He was very professional and upbeat every time I saw him. I would definitely recommend him to others! He helped make our visit great!

We stayed in the reserve adult only section and had our own concierge, Harry. He was amazing. The room was nice and clean. The property itself is large and we never felt like there were too many people. The property itself has a guard which made us feel safer.
