Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 21 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 5.00 per person, per night, up to 21 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

Optional extras

• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of EUR 495 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 7)
• Train station pick-up service is offered for an extra charge
• Area shuttle, beach shuttle, and shopping center shuttle service is offered for an extra charge

Renovations and closures

Children & extra beds

• Babysitting is available for an extra charge
• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 90.0 per night
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 30 per pet, per night

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 18 years old are only allowed with adult supervision
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
