We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. On arrival the reception staff were informative, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, super clean and had the most amazing views. You’re less than 10 minutes from Puerto Calero; a beautiful marina with lovely restaurants and a bar. We wish our stay was longer and can’t wait to return.

An outstanding high quality hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location and literally a 5 minute walk to the local marina. The hotel itself is very peaceful and private. If you want peace and tranquility this is the ideal hotel for you. It would not be suitable for couples who like entertainment during the daytime or evening. The breakfast at the hotel is one of the highest quality I have experienced at a hotel, all freshly cooked to order. There is a small outside bar which has a good choice of drinks. There is a lunchtime menu which again is very nice and good value. Overall a great stay, we were there for 5 nights which felt about right, we would definitely return. Previously we stayed Preferred club at the Secrets hotel, we preferred the Royal Marina Suites hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this new boutique hotel. It was almost perfect! The staff were all very friendly - from the reception to dining room, cleaners, pool maintenance, and manager. The hotel was immaculate. The cleaner scrubbed the tiles around the pool area, and the plentiful sun loungers were cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent - including many cooked options, as well as cereal, pastries, cold meats, smoked salmon, fruits, yoghurts, etc. Our room was an Ocean view (ground floor) with a terrace which had two loungers, a table, and 2 chairs. The terrace opened directly on to the pool area, and made for easy trips to cool off in the heated jacuzzi, or the slightly cooler pool. Drinks and lunch was available at the poolside - or delivered to our terrace. Our room was decorated in a minimalist style. Plenty hangers in the wardrobe, as well as a safe. A huge super-king bed. Comfortable sofa. Large UHD TV - with only a few English tv channels (but bring your own Firestick, which is why we always do!). Yes, there is a large round window from the bathroom to the open lounge/bed area. Yes, you can see someone sitting on the toilet. It didn't bother us, as we've been together 30 years. It might bother some though. It's not possible to see into the bathroom from the outside, of course. Minor gripes: no soap dish; and the bathrobes were way too short for me (I'm 6 foot / 186cm). But that was it. All in all, we will be back!

Das ganze Hotel ist Traumhaft! Täglich wird die ganze Anlage gereinigt und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Frühstücks Raum ist zu klein bei Voll Besetzung und die Auswahl etwas dürftig. Auch das grosse Sichtfenster im Badezimmer hätte anders gestaltet werden können oder zumindest mit einem Storen versehen. Ansonsten Top!

Das beste Hotel in Puerto Calero. Perfekte Lage und kein Kindergeschrei. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionel. Die Suiten sauber, modern, gross und geräumig. Die Gäste Struktur ist angenehm. Daumen hoch. So sollte jedes Adults only Hotel sein. Einziger minimaler, für mich nicht so wichtiger Punkt, die Tatsache, dass das Frühstück kein 5 Sterne Niveau hat. Das hat mich aber nicht gestört, da ich nicht üppig Frühstücke.

Hervorragend nur wegen der tollen, ruhigen und sauberen Anlage. Sie ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Abzüge wegen Personal und Frühstück. Personal an der Rezeption unterkühlt. Sprechen nur englisch und spanisch. Keine Hinweise auf Veranstaltungen vor Ort (z.B. Märkte) Frühstück könnte umfangreicher sein in dieser Preisklasse. Teilweise überfordertes Personal, trotz Freundlichkeit. Sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse beim Frühstück durch die Nähe zur Küche. Trotzdem haben wir vor, nächstes Jahr wieder dort zu übernachten, wegen der traumhaften Zimmer und Lage.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und ruhig. Jedoch finde ich, dass bei einer Suite in dieser Preisklasse die täglichen zwei Kaffeekabseln für 5 Euro nicht bei der Schlussabrechnung noch auftauchen. Auch eine Flasche Mineral pro Tag würde ich begrüssen wie ich es von anderen Hotels in dieser Preisklasse gewohnt bin. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher auf der mageren Seite. Aber das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Das Royal Marina Suites ist ein neues, sehr gepflegtes Boutique Hotel mit einer sehr übersichtlichen Hotelgrösse (25 grosszügige Zimmer) welche über 4 Ebenen verteilt sind und alle eine grosse Terrasse mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Tisch und Stühlen mit uneingeschränktem südlichen Pool und Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, wifi, Satelliten TV, Sofaecke, Schreibtisch, Kofferablage, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Safe und ein grosses Badezimmer mit Dopperlavabo, Badewanne und einer offenen Regendusche im XXL Format. Der Kleiderschrank dürfte etwas mehr Ablage / Schubladen Platz bieten, ist für 2 Personen mit längerem Aufenthalt etwas klein bemessen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird bestens unterhalten. Das Frühstück mit Buffett und heissen a la carte Speisen ist sehr einladend und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine Vielzahl guter Restaurants sind nur 10 Fussminuten im Hafen von Puerto Calero entfernt. Mit einem Mietwagen erreicht man dieses Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in weniger als 20 min vom Flughafen Arrecife und kann die vielen Attraktionen der Insel erkunden.
