Very Good
Clean but had problems with check in
Really really clean, really comfortable the lobby was busy seemed like their was a business party meet up going on so it was a bit over crowded but not a big deal it was Saturday evening after all. The only complaint I have is I got there about 3 hours after check in time and they told me my room wasn’t ready because cleaning was not on schedule and if I could wait my room would be half an hour I had half an hour to get to my room and get ready for an occasion me & my partner were in Denver for I explained this and the lady offered me a queen bed room I paid and booked a king room so I asked can’t I just have an available king she told me only available king was a room with a view and I’d have to pay an extra $12 I said no can’t you just put me in that room with out the extra charge as I though it only fair as it was the fault of the hotel we could not check in to the room we booked and paid for she went and spoke to her manager and they allowed it but I didn’t like that they asked for more money when it clearly should have just been offered with added on to the $280 I had already paid for a one night stay. Staff were ok.

I was there for 2 nights with my daughter for a concert. When we pulled up we were offered valet parking for $40/ day. I politely declined and was told self parking was on the side of the hotel. Once parked we were provided a tivket to give to the front desk. We checked in and the lady ripped the ticket up and told me when checking out to keep a toom key to open the gate. We were jot told we would be charged $38 a day to park when the website lists parking as an amenity (Hardly) i was charged a $100 liability of which, $20 was returned to me because the parking was desucted from it. The lobby food is outrageously priced and i felt as if i was being nickled and dimed! For the price of their rooms, parking should be FREE and properly disclosed. I will be contacting the corporate office as this is poor business. I will mot be staying again

Great staff. NeedImprove on spa and room.
This is my second visit to this hotel and overall it was great. The staff is incredibly nice. They go out of there way to help everytime. All of them need a raise and I need to hire more employees like them. Room had great view and great space. Bed is great but pillows are really rough inside so doesn't help have a good night's sleep. The only issue I had was the spa. I booked in advance and when I got there I was taken back. The facility is shared with the gym and pool???? It is a spa it's supposed to be private and relaxing not little kids running into the bathroom while I'm trying to relax. Then spa has one room and it's so small. This was horrible. Now the staff saved the day. I told them I wanted to cancel because of this poor facility. They got manager on phone and she was awesome. She apologized offered to give me massage in room at a very discounted rate. I really liked how professional she was and how she handled. The reason we were there was for my wife's birthday so she really changed my experience from bad to good. The therapist how gave massage where great. Made us feel comfortable in the room. But again they need better facilities they need more space. I will not use that spa until they revamp it because we do enjoy the spa experience not in my small room.

Exceptional
Beautiful contemporary hotel, clean, convenient!
I was there with my husband & daughter, stayed for 3 nights. The location was fantastic, we were within 5 mins walking distance to Walgreen, some restaurants (Bubba Gump is directly across), and 16th Avenue mall. We didn’t explore downtown too much as we headed up to Colorado Springs and the Rocky Mountain National Park the 2 full days we were there. The hotel rooms & concourse area looks fairly new, must have been recently renovated/refurbished. Loved the big meeting areas & tables downstairs with Starbucks, my husband worked there in the mornings while my daughter & I took our time getting ready. The only negative would be that a small portion of the concourse is sealed off, probably continued work with the reno but is completely blocked off n does not impact the functionality of the area. The lady at the front desk at check-in could’ve been more cheerful, I felt like I was the one welcoming her. Self parking was quite expensive but I guess that’s downtown parking premium. Overall I would recommend to others, we enjoyed our stay.
