Beautiful modern hotel. Room was perfect and heated pool facilities excellent with a terrace next to the pool with fantastic views and hot free herbal tea. Only negative is restaurant is expensive and the cheaper bar meals not extensive. Also no lemonade for panache.

Nice modern hotel in great location 10min walk to the main beach. Nice (if slightly sterile feeling) room with decent AC working well in the heat wave. Pool and outdoor deck area are real highlights of the hotel with an amazing view over the beach and towards the pink granite coast. Service at reception nice and friendly, but pretty hit and miss at the bar and restaurant. Overall a nice stay with the hotel views being a real highlight.

Great stay - I was upgraded and it was a treat. Large lovely room overlooking the bay ( ask for room 81). Dinner was a bit disappointing. Service was inconsistent and the food was only so so for the price. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property! Merci bien.

Best In Stay.

Best stay in the area. Boutique styled, brand feel. Great staff for front desk to the restaurant. Easy walk to downtown or beach restaurants. Good breakfast selection, and most important has a parking structure attached.

Absolutely stunning hotel. From arrival to departure the staff were exceptional. Suite with sea view was perfect, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, bottled water, gorgeous toiletries and coffee machine. View of the stars was mesmerising, listening to the waves at night to drift off to sleep was so relaxing. Spa was excellent, clean, tidy, well maintained. The pool, steam and sauna were all brilliant. Outdoor deck had a lovely view, great place to relax after a swim. Iced fruit water was very welcome after the sauna. Restaurant was perfect, from the staff to the quality of the food. Highly recommend this hotel 5 stars

Our young receptionist (jeane fille, tre joile - wish we knew her name) was very professional and welcoming. She personally introduced the main areas of the hotel and locale and escorted us to our room where she explained the facilities. You could not wish for a better reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We liked the spa and indoor pool but as we were eating out cannot comment on the food. The hotel would have had spectacular views had the weather been better. A lovely hotel and perfect for visiting le Trestrao

This was a really beautiful property on the bay. We had a gorgeous room overlooking the view. Unfortunately we did not realized it would be a long trek up some spiral stairs to get to our room. They did offer to carry our suitcases. Breakfast was in their lovely restaurant with large pots of coffee in silver pots. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked up for both nights we were there, and we definitely had to scramble the first night to find dinner, ending up getting a kebab and falafel to share.

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views and in many ways deserving 5star rating. There is a very good free car park, good breakfast, room was large with a comfortable bed and our room came with a free minibar with small bottle of champagne refilled daily! There is a small indoor swimming pool and spa. There are other restaurants, shops and beach within a walking distance. The negative side was that I discovered little bugs in our room at night. These were woodlouse which I found out are harmless to humans and are only interested in wood. But still unpleasant to discover them on the floors all over our room and bathroom at night. I complained to the reception in the morning but they were a little dismissive, not surprised at all when I showed the photos . They promised to sort it out but I kept finding the bugs in our room every night. It’s a shame as otherwise a fantastic hotel.

A refaire !
