Bästa vistelse!
Personal var hjälpsam när vi önskade att stanna en nath till i samma rum. Bra frukost och kvalité mat vid middag med direkt lagad fidk och kött. Fantastiskt utsikt mot havet och stranden! Älskar allt!

Lujo en entorno idílico
El hotel es increíble, la cama comodidima, 3 tipos de almohadas, puerta de acceso a la playa, ls comida del restaurante exquisita, una variedad increíble, el spa fantástico tambien. Las máquinas del gym muy nuevas también.
El personal super amable.
Una experiencia sin duda para repetir mas a menudo.

Una experiencia decepcionante
Mala experiencia en general. Al llegar nos dicen que tienen una habitación mejor, es decir con mejores vistas, que la que teníamos reservada (cuando reservamos con esta web no había distinciones dentro de la categoría doble superior) por un precio adicional de €40 la noche (rebajado desde €90). Le pedimos que antes nos enseñen la reservada originalmente y nos dice que no esta aún limpia, siendo ya las 14:20h y que habría que esperar 45 mins más para poder verla. Voy con un niño de 2 años. Obviamente no puedo esperar y por política no pueden decirme que la habitación no está lista a partir de las 14:00h. En fin, un timo para que caigas. Esto es solo un pequeño ejemplo de mil cosas mas para que exprimir al cliente, incluyendo gastos de mini bar (solo agua) que no ves en ningún sitio, precio de parking, tumbonas de playa, etc. No solo esto, en general todos los servicios y calidades de este hotel, son los de un hotel de 4 estrellas como mucho, todo disfrazado de hotel de 5. Una experiencia decepcionante que para nosotros que era de los pocos días que podíamos disfrutar en familia, nos han estropeado. Decepcionante.

Tuvimos la sorpresa de un upgrade en la habitación (a junior suite) y estuvo fenomenal.
El alojamiento está muy bien, con un montón de servicios y espacios muy agradables en todas las instalaciones del hotel.
Lo que menos nos gustó el restaurante El Enebro, precio caro para un restaurante a la carta en un hotel 5* La calidad del servicio flojo y la comida no esta acorde con la categoría de un 5 *

La estancia ha sido exelente a pesar de los tres dia de levante que hemos tenido pero bueno con amabilidad de todos los profesionales que teneis ha sido masllevadero gracias.... Ah.bueno una cosita no entiendo como despues de comer como es mi caso. He pedido varias veces un chupito de jb rojo osea normal como se puede cobrar 7.50 no pensais que es una barbaridad y no hay error an sido en varias ocasiones..

Da hotellet er stort er det en fordel at blive vist vej til værelset. Dejlig rummelig værelser med gode faciliteter. Pool område er skønt med sti til stranden hvor der er hotel café. Morgen buffe er uovertruffen.

Fabulous hotel in Novo Sancti Petri
We came for the beaches and just to relax and ended up at Barossa after a botched reservation at a different hotel. Let me say we did not regrett it. This is one of our topp 2 hotels that we have stayed at in Spain. The level of service from checkin, houskeeping, restaurant and bar personell to the time we has to check out. 100% all the time. The breakfast and dinner buffet is well worth paying extra for. The total experience was so good that we opted to extend our stay. Our warmest recomendation for this hotel. Thanks for a great experience and we will be back!
