The hotel is set at the beachfront which boasts a nice sandy beach with a Beach Bar. The place is very well maintained and rooms are clean ans very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced with a relaxing ambience and good facials! The staff was warm and friendly. What we wish was better is the food. The variety for breakfast is amazing. However, the execution of the cooking - the cooked dishes in general lack taste. I preferred the fresh salads,n cold cuts and tinned fish. The breads were dry and hard while the seafood tastes like thawed frozen seafood. The fish was soggy and flaked into lumps after cooking. We found the cuts of beef a better option than seafood unfortunately. This is a pity given it’s a seaside hotel. We were given one complimentary bottle of water which is not enough for us drinking 3L a day per person. And water cost quite a lot. We would love to have water dispensers to refill.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was modern, well maintained and the staff was very friendly. We like to travel and this is the best hotel that we have been in many years. We had an upgrade of room and the views from the room to the pool and the beach was gorgeous! We went in February, a little windy and cold but sunny and quiet. We used all the facilities and had a very relaxing time.

Wieder einmal ein wundervoller Urlaub. Dieser beginnt bereits bei der Ankunft. Nuria und ihr Team machen einen exzellenten Job. Versuchen, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. An dieser Stelle auch ein besonderes Danke an Monica (Rezeption) die uns in der Nacht perfekt unterstützt hat 🙏 Aber auch die Sauberkeit, Gründlichkeit und vorallem die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter zeigen, dass alle ihre Arbeit sehr gerne machen - egal ob beim Zimmerservice, im Restaurant in der Bar am Pool oder in der Strandbar—alles perfekt. Man fühlt sich einfach super wohl und würde gerne seinen Urlaub verlängern. Vielen Dank an alle. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder. Macht weiter so. 🙏 - Una vez más, unas vacaciones maravillosas. Estas empiezan nada más llegar. Nuria y su equipo hacen un trabajo excelente. Intentan satisfacer todos los deseos. El hotel es increíble, la cama comodidima, 3 tipos de almohadas, puerta de acceso a la playa, ls comida del restaurante exquisita, una variedad increíble, el spa fantástico tambien. Las máquinas del gym muy nuevas también. El personal super amable. Una experiencia sin duda para repetir mas a menudo.

Una experiencia decepcionante

Mala experiencia en general. Al llegar nos dicen que tienen una habitación mejor, es decir con mejores vistas, que la que teníamos reservada (cuando reservamos con esta web no había distinciones dentro de la categoría doble superior) por un precio adicional de €40 la noche (rebajado desde €90). Le pedimos que antes nos enseñen la reservada originalmente y nos dice que no esta aún limpia, siendo ya las 14:20h y que habría que esperar 45 mins más para poder verla. Voy con un niño de 2 años. Obviamente no puedo esperar y por política no pueden decirme que la habitación no está lista a partir de las 14:00h. En fin, un timo para que caigas. Esto es solo un pequeño ejemplo de mil cosas mas para que exprimir al cliente, incluyendo gastos de mini bar (solo agua) que no ves en ningún sitio, precio de parking, tumbonas de playa, etc. No solo esto, en general todos los servicios y calidades de este hotel, son los de un hotel de 4 estrellas como mucho, todo disfrazado de hotel de 5. Una experiencia decepcionante que para nosotros que era de los pocos días que podíamos disfrutar en familia, nos han estropeado. Decepcionante.
