We came here for our honeymoon and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Grand Hotel Royal! The staff was very friendly & attentive and went above and beyond for our needs. We loved utilizing the pool area and beach to relax on some days, its a very beautiful property where you could see the port/coast of Sorrento! We will definitely be coming back and staying at Grand Hotel Royal!

Excellent hotel in prime location! If I were to go back to Sorrento this is the only hotel I would choose to stay. Only issue, they should hose down the pool chairs and the hotel room balconies daily because the pigeons leave a lot of their markings. Otherwise, it is a fantastic hotel with a delicious and above and beyond breakfast.

8/10 Very good

The room and facilities are great however we could not get a chaise at the pool as most of them were booked yet they were empty. Guest just leave a hat or some personal property and don't come back for hours. Went down to swim at the exclusive "beach area" but sea water was dirty.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the town center. It has a beautiful dining room that offers an amazing breakfast. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very pretty – we had a brand new bathroom that had just been renovated. The amenities are wonderful and the outdoor terrace is of course spectacular! A really great stay!
