A free water taxi takes you to an outdoor shopping mall with some premium stores as well as local crafts. Several restaurants and more touristy souvenir shops as well. The hotel had booked a loud large concert outside hotel room from 5 pm- 2am. Music and guests were very loud and it was difficult to sleep!! We complained and were moved to another slightly quieter room. They were doing loud sound checks all afternoon prior to the event with over 300 people in attendance. We should have been informed of this when our booking was made. Breakfast and location were excellent.

Whilst I would stay here again because of the location near Caudon Waterfront but not in it, and the helpfulness of staff I had reservations about my stay. The room had roaches. The breakfast was decent, but service was lacking as tables didn’t all have silverware. Egg station hit or miss. You have to request coffees, no one comes around. Decent variety. Checkin/out pleasant enough, but noticed they didn’t ask how everything was because the night before there was a loud party till 2 am right outside below us. Location was excellent. You are a short walk from waterfront and grocery.

Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium.
