Upgraded to a suite for 1 night stay. Room 309 to be avoided. No sea view, floor below the roof top bar, beside the lift and the stairs down from the bar. Quite noisy although it did quite a little after 12.30am. The hotel is a little tired at the edges... breakfast ok...had a club sandwich for pool side lunch and it was poor. Location is good.

The hotel is lovely - there is a bit of a hill to climb down to Tavira main streets and a bigger hill on the way back but it is a short walk. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The only downside is the shower. The power is not great but all else was perfect.

Spacious room with big window and beautiful view from the balcony. Nice outdoor pool area, and indoor pool with Turkish bath, sauna and gym. The room was always kept clean, but the balcony floor, table and chairs were dusty. We took the garage parking for 5euro per day. Nice breakfast with live piano. Loved our stay in this hotel.

We had an excellent stay. The breakfast buffet was a lot more elaborate than we expected, including a great pianist that gave us the pleasure of listening to Pink Floyd during breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and provided great restaurant suggestions. The star of the show, though, was the exceptional Brazilian girl that runs the spa. I lost my esteemed gold necklace in the change room and she was the sweetest helping me find it. Thank you so much!!!
