The hotel was beautiful, and the staff extremely friendly. Most noteworthy: for Europe, the air conditioning is excellent! I would’ve appreciated a couple degrees cooler, but it was the best in-room AC I’ve had in Europe. Also directly across the street from a U4 station, which was very convenient. It’s my top pick to stay in Vienna!

The property had a very pleasant and relaxing vibe with a botanical theme. There were live plants, even outside on my balcony, which had a lovely swinging chair. The lobby was spacious and relaxing, a pleasure to walk through. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location of this hotel is also excellent. There is a bus stop across the street as well as the U station with good connections to anywhere in the city. Right around the corner there is an Anker café, and groceries and many other shops right along the street around the corner from the hotel. I would definitely recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay well worth the value.
