Beautiful Hotel Stunning Lobby. Located across from the main city park. Hotel pool is gorgeous. Hotel also has tennis court. Extremely walkable to many city sites.

Really lovely hotel , we took advantage of the 2for 1 happy hour and ate in the restaurant- great food. So easy - car parking & English speaking receptionist. Breakfast.. spoilt for choice

There’s no AC. The toilet seat was old beat up. House keeping was terrible and took forever to clean the room! There’s no elevator and if you stay on the second floor good luck when you have to check out since bellhop doesn’t help at all!!

Really cute hotel with beautiful decor and architecture. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's no A/C but they will provide a fan on request. It was never to hot and the stay was comfortable.

Good choice in Tlaxcala

This is a good hotel with excellent location in a historic building with friendly staff. The only drawback is that we stayed on a Saturday night and they had a private event with super loud music that went on into the early hours of the morning. And the restaurant could be better.

Lovely

Lovely remodeled old building in the center of town is safe and comfortable. Feels like a vacation just arriving there in the grand atrium. Rooms are large and tidy. Service is very nice. Pool wasn’t clean but it was too chilly to use anyway. It’s cold in the morning so breakfast, which is semi-al fresco involves coats but it’s a great spread with friendly service. WiFi was good in public areas but a little weak in the room- still ok though.

Much more than just a hotel room. Large facility in the city center with abundant and great staff. I don't know of a better option in Tlaxcala. Normally they include a full breakfast is included but they said it wasn't included because it was booked through Orbitz. We did get the breakfast after I showed them that the hotel details said one was included. If you book directly you will certainly get a breakfast and it's very good. Make sure you get your breakfast ticket the day before from the front desk!

Great location, room could use a facelift

Location is amazing and the staff was very friendly. I was not very happy about the room, it just felt like it could use a facelift. Toilet was chipping and just looked unpleasant, the shower leaked water into the main area of the bathroom and towels were just stiff and rough. It was a double room and paid for extra guest but they only had two towels. We did get additional towels by the receptionist. BTW, the receptionist were very friendly and helpful.
