"séjour décevant pas du tout à la hauteur de la proposition "suite de luxe" salle de bain très médiocre , joints de baignoire très sale, barre de douche cassée. évacuation d'eau très difficile. Rideau séparant chambre des toilettes/ salle de bains très limite pour une suite de luxe. Cafetière très sale . simple vitrage aux portes fenêtre, pas de stationnement prévu, si ce n'est dans la rue déjà tres prisé."

"Marc and Étienne thank you for the most heartfelt and relaxing time! Couette et Café is an absolute gem. My friend and I visited in early July and we had an excellent stay. The breakfast was delicious and made with the love. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable beds, cozy and chic. The terrace is gorgeous and enchanting. Marc at Étienne have really built an experience full of generosity and thoughtfulness. They even went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot charging our EV rental, too....

The location is a 3-4 minute walk to the train station (Saint-Roch), a 5-6 minute walk to at least two different tram stops (Saint-Roch and Du Guesclin), and a 7-8 minute walk to the main downtown plaza (Comédie). "A quiet place to relax. The receptionists were unexperienced , wanted to charge us per day not night. The insisted to pay for three days, but we stay only two nights 😔"

"I arrived at the hotel which was brand new, and was told i was guest nr. 3! The hotel was therefore not full of people yet. The crew were all very kind and most importantly - very helpful and with a smile. I got a nice room at first facing the courtyard but the airconditioner didn't work, it was one of the hottest days. But they were super helpful to show me other rooms as they were fixing the problem, and i ended up in a lovely room on the 3rd floor facing the street where the aircondition...

"There was a calm, genteel feel to the hotel and grounds, a sense of grandeur past. The staff were helpful and polite. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed having a leisurely breakfast in the gardens. It would have been good to have some help taking heavy bags up the stone stairs as there did not seem to be a lift/elevator."
