The resort is a serene paradise, the staff were extremely friendly and the views were incredible everywhere. The reef wing (adults only) is worth the upgrade as some rooms are slightly dated. The amenities, views, and friendly staff make this resort. The massage was also incredible. The downsides were the communication, we had to ask three times for synthetic bedding as I am allergic to feathers. When we got a late check out the housekeepers out kept knocking to see if we were checking out. We also changed rooms and I accidentally left some belongings in the room and the housekeeper threw them out which was frustrating. Overall I would recommend to stay in the reef wing.

This was our second trip to this resort. We enjoyed it so much the first time. The rooms we clean and well maintained, serviced daily. The staff were more than happy to help with anything we needed. We found that fiji time was sometimes a little extreme and service did depend on where you were and who you got. The meals throughout the resort were lovely and something for everyone. This resort has something for everyone, for those that want to sit and relax or those that want to get out and do activities.

We stayed at the reef buree and the roo was very good. It was nice to have a golf cart to cruise around the grounds. A 9 hole golf course was also a plus and the course was in good condition. The main downside is that there’s not much of a beach to speak of.
