Great location right un the heart if Kowloon. Walki g distance or an easy metro stop to maun kocatiins. Great places to eat and plenty of markets in the area. Property is a little run down and the room wasn't cleaned or dusted very well. Very small rooms but was fine for what we needed. Very basic service and they no longer provide airport shuttles.
