8/10 Very good

All public places were constantly cleaned and maintained Staff went out of their way to be helpful and give us a great experience Location is really nice and close by to all parks The stay in the room was a bad experience We woke up to constant construction noise and trucks beeping (moving in reverse), every morning. That was a very bad experience and made us wake up early including the kids. In addition the bed had bed bugs - we got bitten multiple times. Even after we reported this to house keeping it wasnt resolved. This made our vacation much less enjoyable, not sleeping well and waking up scratchy and with a lot of noise. In addition - coffee cups (black mugs) - we made coffee and took down to the breakfast room, and no matter how many times we asked they wouldn't put new mugs in the room Shower shampoo and soap ran out and wasnt refilled Some of the pool staff weren't very fluent in English and got our food order wrong a couple of times.

Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. Kids loved it, especially meeting the loony toon characters. Took one star off for the food - it wasn’t great (things didn’t taste that good and most of the buffet at dinner time was only luke warm). Breakfast was good though. The staff in the restaurant were amazing! So even though the food wasn’t that good, we still had a great time - which is all due to the lovely staff

Nice overall hotel, but the service and the food was not as nice as I have experienced at other 5star hotels. For a family experience it’s nice overall because you do get park access and characters coming for pictures but I would say that it falls short of a 5star experience for me.

If you traveling with kids, this hotel is for you!

Excellent hotel! I have stayed in various types of lodging around the world and this place ranks definitely in top 2. Excellent staff, amenities are great, location great, super easy access to parks, best breakfast I have ever seen and I can go on.

Fantastic for all the parks. Main kids pool was shut for refurbishment, but alternative at sister property next door was just as good

I had a wonderful stay at The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton. The themed decor was fun, service was excellent, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance during my visit, but everything else—from dining to atmosphere—made up for it beautifully.

Great location, but economic hotel

Excellent location for families visiting WB as it was easy to get in and out. Comfortable beds and amenities however the room is on the smaller side (bunk bed for 2 kids next to king bed). Limited dining options.
