We had a wonderful stay at the resort and even extended it by a night, without issue. The grounds are gorgeous and we especially loved the pool area. It was perfect for our little children, ages 2 and 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also excellent. It is in a good location to explore many beautiful sites like Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and Scopello. We hope to return in the future!

A beautiful historic hotel. We had a suite with an amazing view. This area is off the beaten track. A gorgeous area to base yourself. Gorgeous beaches around area and on your way to San Vito lo Capo. Must see: salt pans in Marsala and Trapani, Trapani salt museum, SAN Vito lo Capo and some of the beaches on the way. Maybe if time some of the belvederes and grottos around as well.
Only issue with hotel: this area is not very geared to tourism (good and bad) so no food available during siesta time. Restaurants open at 7:30 pm. We like to eat earlier (Canadian). Hotel does not offer laundry service or have little shops. We were off peak time, so maybe more open during summer.
Overall it was an amazing place, highly recommend, just be aware of limited food/shopping options.

We are very disappointed with this hotel. We had booked three different rooms for our stay in August. All 3 rooms were paid for in full at check in, even though we only needed two rooms at check in for first day. My cousin who was going to take one of the rooms ended up at the hospital. We told the front desk after we found out that he was sick so that they could release the room. We contacted Expedia as directed and sent in the proof of my cousins hospital visit. After many days of following up and asking for a status, the hotel responded by saying that they would not refund us for that room. To say we were disappointed, can’t properly describe what we were feeling. We thought there would be an exception that could be made or at least a partial refund due to the nature of the cancellation BUT NOTHING.

The pool is wonderful, with a beautiful view and access to a small private beach, which is small but very charming. Breakfast is varied and good. The hotel has great potential due to its location and structure.
However, it lacks management and attention to detail. Upon arrival, we entered through a large gate leading to a courtyard with several doors, but there were no signs indicating where the reception or parking was located, nor were there staff available to welcome or guide guests. Signage inside the hotel is also poor, and even finding the main restaurant was difficult.
The service is very basic, with no warmth or friendliness, which does not match the standards expected of a resort. Our room was on the second floor, accessible only by a narrow and steep external staircase, which was very inconvenient with heavy luggage.
At the pool, although the area is pleasant, there were no towels available, and we had to walk all the way to the reception, which was far away, to get them. On one morning, the music was excessively loud and not appropriate for a relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the pool bathrooms had plastic structures, including the walls, which felt makeshift and not up to resort standards.
Overall, this hotel has great potential, but it clearly lacks professional management and attention to detail to truly match the level expected of a resort.

A scam hotel
This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. Despite being half Italian and speaking the language, our experience was abysmal. This hotel will continuously try to scam you and take your money. You are obligated to pay €100 for access to the pool club, and this is only the entrance fee. You have to pay an additional €5 for a new towel every day. We brought our dog, which cost about €30 per night, yet dogs are not allowed anywhere on the premises, making the high fee unjustified.
Furthermore, the staff lacks any sense of service. They are unhelpful and very rude. The buffet is a complete scam, charging €30 per person for some pasta. Overall, while the location is good, you can expect terrible service, constant attempts to scam you, rude staff, and bad food. I could not recommend this hotel at all. I have stayed at five-star hotels that were cheaper and provided far better service.

Hotel com estrutura grande mas mal conservado. Quarto espaçoso e banheiro com box minúsculo. Jantar com muitas opções mas com pouca qualidade. Café da manhã com muita variedade, mas as louças mal lavadas e molhadas. Há 2 bares no hotel. No período da tarde, o bar da piscina estava fechado no horário do funcionamento e o outro bar aberto não tinha nada de comer para servir.

Sono tornato per la terza volta in questo hotel, segno che in passato mi sono sempre trovato molto bene. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, i servizi sono curati e la posizione è comodissima per spostarsi. Ho sempre apprezzato la pulizia, l’accoglienza e l’atmosfera generale, che mi hanno fatto scegliere di tornare ancora una volta.
Questa volta, però, ho riscontrato un problema serio che non mi era mai capitato prima: la camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva un odore fortissimo di muffa, davvero insopportabile, tanto da rendere difficile rilassarsi all’interno. È stato un vero peccato, perché il resto del soggiorno è stato piacevole e in linea con le aspettative.
Spero che la direzione intervenga al più presto per risolvere questa situazione, perché l’hotel ha tutte le qualità per restare un punto di riferimento e meritare pienamente di essere consigliato.

Was ich frech fand, dass man mit einem weißen Handtuch vom Bademeister angemotzt wird, dass man sich ein Liegetuch ausleihen soll ( natürlich nicht kostenlos)! Ein NoGo!
