Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast is a treat and the rooms are immaculate. Many restaurants, shopping and attractions are close by and the staff is very helpful with obtaining rides but be sure to remind them prior. It doesn’t seem that all Hotels.com upgrades are honored

Location location location plus an unbelievably kind and knowledgeable staff. Erie wins the prize for assistance. Sophia was great. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Don’t miss this home away from home.

the room was very sizable, with 2 vanities and a living area. the bath and shower were generous and separate. the staff were extremely helpful and professional. the entrance thru us for a loop. it is surrounded by fantastic restaurants and just walking around on the "no traffic" streets was amazing. air conditioning did not work all that great.

This was a lovely place to stay for our four night visit to Milan. It was within walking distance to the major parts of the city. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfasts were very satisfying, including the freshly baked cakes that added a homey touch.

The patio was wonderful, they take great care of the plants on the balcony and it is a beautiful place to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day of sight seeing. Staff was wonderful, the entrance was a little strange, but it was kind of fun

Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect to a wide range of walking. The only suggestion I have would be to create a raise for the entry of the shower so the water doesn't leak under the shower door. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff.
