I really liked this place and the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good too, the beach is less than two minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area too. Hotel is not a fancy one but definitely family oriented, simple rooms and has the basic, perfect for those that want to explore the city and just need a place to sleep. They have breakfast in the mornings and it is fantastic and the staff that work there they are so kind and helpful, they even make you omelette and tapioca, a traditional dish from northeast of Brazil. We had a great time.

good value for money, but dodgy location
The staff is just amazing and breakfast is also superb. The location is not the best - a bit of a rough area - even though there is a nice beach with tranquil, warm waters just across the road. It is good value for money though. If it weren't for the location, I would stay there again just because breakfast and staff are so good and the beach closeby is just perfect.

They didn’t supply free parking and we had to walk to park our car. The gentleman at desk was an super nice young man. I felt the hotel was miss leading by the pictures showing it on the ocean but it is a block and half from the ocean. It has a view but it is not at the ocean. I guess ocean view is different than ocean front. The building next to it is condemned and in horrible shape and makes it seem really dark. Probably won’t be going back to stay there in the future. Breakfast was ok.

Minha estadia,superou nossas expectativas. Atendimento de qualidade desde da recepção a limpeza dos quartos que é feita diariamente, a disponibilidade de toalhas e cobertores sem nenhum acréscimo. Agora o café da manhã, fora a variedade tinhamos tapioca e omelete feitas na hora. Destaco em ESPECIAL o atendimento do seu Raimundo e do Sidnei, localização perfeita peito de tudo.

O melhor do hotel é a localização e o rooftop. O quarto tinha móveis bem desgastados. O descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem e duas noites dormir com ela disparada com a água descendo a noite toda. O ralo do box estava solto. O café da manhã também não era bom. A goma da tapioca parecia passada, azeda e os frios também.

Hotel com ótima localização e equipe muito atenciosa e cordial. No entanto, o café da manhã poderia ser melhor organizado, com maior variedade e opções mais saudáveis. Há um excesso de itens à base de carboidratos e, em uma das manhãs, foi servida uma salada de frutas passada, o que demonstra falta de cuidado da cozinha, ao menos durante a minha hospedagem.
Considerando que não se trata de um hotel de baixo custo e sim médio, esse aspecto impactou a experiência e, por isso, registro essa avaliação.

Localização muito boa, quarto com vista à praia, porém perdi uma noite e um dia durante minha estadia, faltou água a noite toda até pela manhã, o ar condicionado não funcionou também, me fazendo perder a noite, e não descansar bem com uma noite mal dormida por conta do ar, quando voltou que fui dormir!

A vista do quarto é excelente, porém na ocasião da nossa hospedagem faltou água em todos os apartamentos, funcionários alegaram problemas com as bombas de recalque . A central de ar , que pelo visto tinha também dependência do fluxo de água tornou dormir com ar condicionado inviavel. Abrimos a janela , porém a rua é muito barulhenta
