Selected a smoking room, and the smoke never gets out from the floor. Should expect to open the window overnight to get fresh air, but the neighborhood is quite noisy at night. Considering it’s quite an old place, and price is low, it’s fair enough I think

Very Disappointing Experience & Terrible Service
1) This is very old type hotel. Wallpapers and mat are stained. 2) As there is no balcony for smoking room, you need to smoke in your room. So whenever you go, your room always have that smokey smell. Even after cleaning, it remains as it is. When we entered the room on our first day, it was smelling completely Smokey like someone has smoke cigarette 5 mins back. 3) They have too many rooms but only 2 washing machines to so you always have to wait and watch for your turn. 4) The biggest problem is they don't have individual AC for the room so if you feel hot anytime then you only have one option i.e. to open a window. Even that window you cannot open completely. It opens just about 2 cms. I checked their twin rooms, & all rooms are North South facing, so even if you open the window, you won't get much air. 5) There is Fire station located just outside this hotel so as you open the window many times you will listen fire alarms & car noises which sometimes disturbs your sleep. 6) I stayed in this hotel for 7 days and ordered a room service once. Even in room service they didn't fill shampoo bottles. My body shampoo got finished on 6th day & I ordered new bottle. Overall very bad experience.

The lingering ghost of cigarette smoke
At first I liked the little room. It was tiny but very charming. The photos and the sketch in Hotels.com did not lie.The room was a cute, ultra petit locker, painted in cheery yellow; a bright and happy little wedge shaped cell in a cylindrical building that strongly resembles a prison or a mental institution. The mini bathroom was clean, so were the towels, the linens and the shower curtain. All was well, until the night fell and I laid myself to sleep. At about midnight something awoke me. At the time, I didn't know what. All I knew was that my throat was parched, and the room was colder than when I went to sleep. During my check-in, the front desk clerk brought several "free rental" items to my attention: free earplugs, humidifiers, blankets, electric kettles, etc. So I decided to go downstairs to borrow a humidifier. I got to the reception and there was no clerk there (just an addled drunk near the elevator), so I withdrew to my room. But the fresh air in the reception had cleared my sense of smell, and when I got out the elevator, the horrifying ghost of ancient cigarette smoke crept towards me, filling my nostrils with the overpowering foul stench of rank nicotine and rancid tar! Back in my cell / room, the main offender was the mattress. To my by now dulled sense of smell, nothing else reeked. Then, the next night, I could hear spectral voices... it was my next door neighbour, loud and clear thanks to paper thin walls. I'm never coming back to this haunted hotel!
The haunted corridor.
The whole hotel was very recently painted, by the way. Although spinach green it's not a good choice if you are using low fluorescent lighting. The other floors had different colors on their doors.
The room's air conditioner. Hadn't seen one like that in a long time. Didn't need it, though. The room was naturally chilly. Must be all that surrounding concrete.
Bed and window, all in one. Note the refrigerator on the floor. And that really is a blackout curtain, by the way.
The room had a phone, a tissue box, a pajamas top, a hinged removable kitchen bar / micro desk, a tiny refrigerator and an odour eliminator spray (ha!). I had to rewash all my clothes when I came back home. Everything smelled like an ashtray.
