It’s a beautiful property and extremely well maintained. The staff in the restaurant were delightful!
Everything about the hotel and property were amazing…except for the fact that it sits as an oasis in the middle of industrial buildings so there is nothing around to walk to!

A short hop from the airport, but an oasis of calm
We had a very late flight from Florence airport and rather than spend the day in the sweltering heat of the city with no cooling options, we booked a very cheap day at 500 Firenze so we could chill by the pool and shower before going to the airport nearby. What luck! The pool area is beautiful with comfortable beds and great drinks and snack service. The hotel itself is very well done with stylish common areas and comfortable rooms. If they provided a free shuttle bus to the centre of Florence, I think that this would be THE place to stay.

It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for a hotel near the Florence airport. The feeling was luxurious. I was given an unsolicited upgrade to the room. The view was picturesque.
Breakfast was included and their restaurant area is just as luxurious.
Everything went well except that the hotel holds events and that evening they had some event that involved loud music until very late. Sleepless night. There was no air conditioning in the hotel because it is not turned on until June, I was told. And I have to mention the wifi reception was weak, only being able to use it in a particular area the room. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.

We arrived and the gentleman at the front desk was less than warm at reception- didn’t provide us with any information about the hotel or surrounding area, did mot tell is how to get to our room or wifi, no one available to offer to help with luggage which included stairs. We were given a two floor room and the aircnditioner upstairs did not work amd it was too hot to sleep. The manager pointed
To his black suit and said, I am not hot. The temperature that day was 37% Celsius. We left in the morning bit we had difficulty canceling a second night. The breakfast was sufficient but minimal and again the staff seemed almost depressed, like a funeral was occurring

Carina la struttura anche se andrebbe rivista almeno sulle camere, da un 4 stelle mi aspetto aria condizionata funzionante e una TV che non ti costringa a stare attaccata alla scrivania per sentire l'audio. Stanza grandissima e TV di conseguenza distante di nemmeno 32 pollici. Colazione con pochissima varietà di scelta. Decisamente no un 4 stelle.. ne merita 3. non ci tornerò.

Chambre très propre mais aucune air climatisée fonctionnelle dans tout l’hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h pour une seule nuit avant de prendre l’avion et impossible d’avoir une réservation au restaurant de l’hôtel pour le souper pour 2 personnes car déjà complet. L’hôtel est isolé et loin des restaurants. Nous avons tout de même réussi à acheter une sandwich pour huit euros!
