Our stay

The walls are thin so you can hear people if they're talking loud. The location is great. In walking distance to the plaza's and the parking to very secure.

We were in Patzcuaro one night when returning to San Miguel de Allende from Zihuatenejo. On premise parking was great. Central location, basic but clean room. Friendly staff. If the option is available I would make sure to book a room with a queen bed rather than Matrimonial ( double)

4/10 Fair

Had to ask for hot water for the shower, staff not very friendly. Coffee station in the hallway but you had to plug in the water pot to heat it up and wait.

8/10 Very good

Very nice room. We had a window in our room to a view but most rooms only have a window to the interior walkway so they are dark. I wish they had a better set up for computer work. There were cookies, coffee and tea right outside out room so you were able to have tea in the morning and at night. It would be nice to have real milk for the coffee. There were no glasses for water but they gave you bottled water every day.Great location.

2/10 Poor

HACE MUCHO CALOR LOS CUARTOS SON CHICOS Y NO HAY VENTILADORES, PIDES Y LA CONTESTACION DE RECEPCION ES QUE TE ESPERES EN LA NOCHE SEGURO VA A REFRESCAR, EL AGUA DE LA REGADERA SALE CON MUY POCA PRESION, Y PIDES FACTURA Y NO TE LA DAN, TE DICEN QUE TE LA MANDAN Y LLEVO 7 DIAS PIDIENDOLA POR WHATS Y TODOS LOS DIAS ES LA MISMA CONTESTACION QUE ESE DIA LA MANDAN. NADA CONFIABLES.
