Horrible place. Never go there.
The suites are dated. Exterior of building is also dated. However, the skybar is phenomenal. Lobby is also quite impressive.
Top of the line hotel and balcony. Excellent bathroom and very roomy
AIM with guest services and AON, the concierge, are amazing. They delivered the type of personalized and professional service you expect from a 5 star hotel. They make you feel familiar - like you've visited before. Kudos to them! The hotel is convenient to everything. It's within walking distance to a sky train if you want to explore like a local. The neighborhood felt safe. We were able to walk without the solicitation we experienced in other areas of the city. The property is well kept and clean. The daily floral arrangement in the lobby is beautiful. The bars and restaurants are great. Be certain you catch sunset at the Sky Bar. The drinks are overpriced but the view is worth it. The daily breakfast is a great option. There is a mixture of Asian and Western breakfast options. I strongly recommend that you stay here if you are looking for top quality accommodations.
Excellent service, staff very friendly, beautiful property. The only thing was the extreme high prices for the restaurants.
Our room was beautiful, large and very clean. We had excellent service and everything we needed. The check-in process was a little lengthy when we were ready to see the city and get settled. One evening we went to visit the roof top bar for the views, we were directed through a sales process to take us to another champagne bar which we weren't really wanting and then finding out that the lowest bottle of Champagne was over $1,000 USD we finally were taken to the roof top bar that we originally asked for.
My friends and I booked the most basic rooms, but to our surprise they were very spacious with a separate lounging area. The bathroom was large with a big whirlpool in it and the room even had a small kitchen. The best part was the balcony overlooking the city skyline. The price of the hotel was very reasonable for how upscale it was. They get you by their alcohol prices at all the rooftop bars. The service from the moment we stepped in was nothing short of impeccable. We received water bottles and a staff member came over right away to assist us on finding where to eat and get drinks for the night. We decided on Breeze on the 52nd floor of the hotel for dinner - the food was outstanding. The drinks were pricy but the view made it all worth it. When we walked out to the restaurant we were all blown away it felt like an upgraded Vegas. The staff was so friendly - they took pictures of us all night and you could tell they’ve done this before because they knew where the right lighting was and even used flash lights to get the perfect picture. For brunch we went to Mezzaluna in the hotel which was an all you can eat buffet. It had a mixture of everything - American, Thai and Japanese. I would recommend the make your own miso soup bar - it was delightful! I would give Mezzaluna overall a 7/10.
Excellent view, service and room. The room is well designed and very spacious.
The restaurant and bar on the top level was exceptional. Great views
Congrats to all the staff. Everyone very kind and professional.
