Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 29 February, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 March - 31 October, EUR 3.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 45 for adults and EUR 19 for children

Children & extra beds

• Cribs/infant beds are available for EUR 45.0 per day
• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 95 per day
• Children's club access is available for an extra charge
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 35 per pet, per night

Parking

• Self parking costs EUR 20.00 per night with in/out privileges

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• The seasonal pool is open from April to November
• Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool
• Guests under 2 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 16 years old are only allowed with adult supervision
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
