The grand residence room for families is a great space and super comfortable. We were in Japan for a month and this was one of our best hotel rooms. Osaka is a hectic and fun place. Sort of feels like you are staying in the middle of a Vegas strip but inside it was comfortable and very quiet. The furniture and bedding was all brand new. Amenities superb.

Great location…in the heart of Namba. The breakfast buffet is excellent and they have the best curry! Rooms are decent size for Japan and clean. Staff are very helpful as well.
