The hotel is well located, close to many of Belgrade’s main sights. However, it is in a pedestrian area, so taxis cannot drop you at the door and you’ll need to walk with your luggage. The room was adequately sized and well maintained, although showing some signs of age. The bathroom was spacious, but the rain shower head was clogged. Breakfast was good despite a somewhat limited selection, and the employee there every morning was particularly friendly and attentive. The main issue was a wedding (I think) party at the hotel restaurant on my first night, with very loud music until midnight — on a Sunday. I was not warned about it in advance, nor was I offered any compensation for the disruption. The newlyweds did at least have good taste in music, even if I wasn’t invited to the party. I wish them a long and happy life together. On my last day, I had been granted a generous 45-minute late checkout, yet reception called five minutes before the original checkout time to remind me to leave. I had to remind them of the extension they had given me that same morning. Overall, what could have been a good stay was unfortunately overshadowed by these issues.

Property had a really central location but was exceptionally quiet. The room was spacious, lovely and cool, with the heat outside, the bed was lovely snd firm and had lovely firm pillows so was very comfortable. Bathroom large and shower lovely and warm.The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Easy to reach by bus 72 from the airport and then a short walk. Right in the heart of the old town so shopping and dining plus all the sights on the doorstop. A lovely stay in old town Belgrade.

Loved our stay here, hotel was lovely and location was great, we did have issues trying to get to sleep a couple of the nights as there was loud music coming from outside and we did have an issue with wanting a drink at the inside bar, apparently there was a private function there so couldn’t go in, we came to the conclusion that it was a function room and not an everyday bar, we did sit on the terrace bar and had a drink though but was a bit chilly

IG Hotel was great the staff was friendly and helpful offering us many suggestion while we were there. Also had a few drinks and desserts in the restaurant in the hotel great service Room service was on time everyday and keep the room clean while we were there. The area was in the shopping square there’s lot to do restaurant and parks and shopping. All in all wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at IG Hotel again

Very nice, quite funky new hotel in the heart of Belgrade. Couldn't have a better location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and less than a 10 minute walk to the old town.
