4/10 Fair

Certainly not worthy of a 5*, very tired and poorly maintained building. Breakfast was good and staff friendly enough. Started in many 5* hotel in India, this is one to avoid.

It is always lovely to return to The Claridges. Everything about this hotel is amazing. I would like to thank Bidya in reception for always greeting us with a warm smile and making the check in so swift. Also a thank you to Zou who always remembers our beverage preference and provides a service with a smile.

6/10 Good

We had to spend the first night in the wrong room as they had given our original room to someone else. This was sorted the next day. The new room was in the non-renovated part and the standard was quite bad for a 5 star hotel. Especially the bathroom. AC wasn’t working. It was either cold air pumping out or no air at all. None of the workers could fix it. The pool area and the garden was closed 2 days for private events. Spa was very good! Food was good, but very pricey.

Love staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff is always very attentive & terrific.Everyone from the bellmen, to the front desk/reception staff to the restaurant managers & their staff are friendly & try to accommodate all your requests. The remodeled rooms are bright & spacious! Also love the art throughout the hotel. Location is very convenient to great shopping…a few mins from Khan Market.

Wonderful Stay at The Claridges New Delhi I had a wonderful stay at The Claridges New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm, comfortable, and truly reflective of the gracious hospitality the hotel is known for. A special mention to Bidya from the Front Office, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional, and her warm and welcoming approach made a real difference. She was always ready to assist with a smile and ensured that every interaction was smooth and pleasant. It is people like Bidya who truly elevate the guest experience and leave a lasting impression. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent hospitality. I would definitely look forward to staying at The Claridges again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and welcoming stay in New Delhi.

Fantastic stays at the Claridges during our trip to India. The property has been refurbished since my last visit and they have done a great job. Great rooms, pool, restaurants and spa. The staff are all very friendly and professional - special thanks to reception and all the spa staff - particularly the wonderful Ally. I definitely plan to stay there again on my next visit to Delhi.
