The room was lovely and the staff were really helpful. We were in an executive room so also had access to a complimentary lounge area and got vouchers to use in the hotel too, an unexpected extra touch. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast too. We had a really lovely stay, the hotel is so nice, as soon as you enter you are welcomed by a lovely scent. Our room was fabulous, room 207 right on the corner overlooking the River Clyde. The location is perfect if you are planning to explore Glasgow and also if you plan to visit the O2 Academy. Any staff we encountered from reception to breakfast were all very friendly, we would highly recommend.

I could not fault this hotel, everything was spotless and reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Spacious and very comfortable room with super bed and terrific shower room. Hotel is ideally located very close to Central station and short walk to heart of city. I left too early to have breakfast so can't comment on that.

This hotel is in a great location as we were going to a concert at the O2 Academy (a 10 minute walk away). It was only a 12 minute walk to the hotel from Queen Street Station. We had an Executive Room. It was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and the service was excellent. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Royal Leonard hotel. We absolutely loved this place. Fantastic location, great parking just next to hotel. Staff were very nice, Junior suite room was beautiful and all the extra touches were lovely. Our room could have been slightly cleaner but overall really good. Would definitely stay here again.
