Curtains too thin to block any light so the pool lights keep the bedroom lit up all night, bring an eye mask if you want to sleep. AC in the room is extremely loud with no option to reduce the fan unless you turn the whole thing off, so bring ear plugs too. Staff at the bagel bar lost my order despite me being the only customer there and said nothing while I sat there waiting 30 minutes for a single bagel. Staff didn’t seem very welcoming or bothered about us. Other than that the hotel is nice and clean but not luxury. The pool is a highlight - very nice and tranquil, and the burger on the poolside menu was delicious.

We had such an amazing stay at Rosedon. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. It’s also an amazing location if you’re looking for a central area for exploring or relaxing. The restaurants on the property were incredible as well. I loved the atmosphere, decor and service. Cozy small hotel with friendly staff. Nice restaurant on property, but not open on Sunday- beware- they don’t tell you in advance. Great breakfast, nice bar and wonderful pizza spot (wood-fired). Hotel is a bit worn, but is nicely decorated. A short walk to town, but no beach nearby- you’ll need a car or taxi.

A beautiful, historic boutique hotel with a charming local feel. Huckleberry restaurant is one of the very best in Bermuda. Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Our so-called “cozy” room was spacious and very comfortable. You feel like you’re truly experiencing Bermuda compared to the corporate feeling Princess Hotel across the street.

Friendly staff, comfy seats outside rooms and by the pool to sit and read, spacious room but small bathroom, plenty of wardrobes and drawers for your clothes. Expensive hotel though so tip for not blowing your whole budget in one day: have very tasty breakfast at Bagels and Brews (front lawn, weekdays only) and dinner at Clarabelles (pizza restaurant out front, book beforehand because it's busy).

The location was perfect, close to Hamilton buses, ferry and restaurants. The hotel is charming but there is nowhere to walk or sit (like a lobby), mainly outdoors. Overall we liked the hotel but there is definitely room for improvement, especially considering the price. There was almost never anyone at reception. The text messaging system was left unanswered. We are not demanding ppl at all but we were lacking some basics very often, which shouldn't be. They are supposed to provide complimentary water. We stayed 1 week and had our room done 3 times but they almost never replenished water and when we asked for some, it was always hard to find. They also never provided hand towels! We had to ask each time (thankfully we reuse the same towels a couple of days), otherwise this would have been so painful. The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some put a liner bag in the trash, others didnt. In the beginning we had no sheet under the comforter, one day someone added a sheet. One time they put a regular sheet on the mattress instead of a fitted sheet and it kept coming out all night. Check in felt rushed with minimal info provided. Need a better tea selection in the rooms (only English breakfast). We ordered Clarabell pizza and the hotel was supposed to call us when it was ready but they didn't so we ended up with a cold pizza. Overall it was missing that sense of belonging/warmth. We appreciated the afternoon snacks in the dome which came as a surprise since no one toldus atcheckin

I just got home from this wonderful property and I miss it already. The staff was all around great. From the reception staff to the barista to the staff at clarabellas and the pool staff they were all wonderful. Housekeeping was wonderful too. I can’t say enough how welcoming everyone was. The room was clean and so cute. I want to find all the appliances and get them for my home. I will definitely be back to Bermuda and stay there!
