The property is great, the staff are nice and friendly especially at the breakfast. The shower in the room wasn’t the best and some of the workmanship was of a poor standard - floor number sign hanging off, power socket for the tv in the gym not properly finished.

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel, breakfast options were vast and lovely bar areas. Ate at the poolside restaurant which was also good. We didn’t eat our evening meal at the hotel as we had various restaurants booked but it looked great. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels every day if you wanted them. They also gave the option of not having your room cleaned and instead receiving a free drink token. We only used this once during our stay but on that day our water and coffee was still replenished. Also had a visit every day around 5pm to offer more towels and chocolates which was a nice touch. There were also complimentary items handed out around the pool some days - ice creams one day and fruit shots another. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.

Mum fell on the stairs and broke a bone in her foot.Members of staff commented that it had happened before, someone falling, there was no edging marking for where the steps started. You need to rectify this. The staff were very helpful with us .Overall we really enjoyed our stay.Thank you

A great experience except when checking out. I had paid my bill the evening before and when leaving the keys back on the next morning was made to feel like I was trying to escape without paying by the nighttime reception person I had to find my payment details from evening before to prove payment. Surely this should have been noted on the computer. It left a very poor impression on what had been an excellent trip
