Absolutely unreal stay! From the minute we entered the property to leaving - we were looked after really well by Nilam on the front desk (she deserves a raise!!!). The property is located next to a fort (on a cliff) overlooking the sea. It has beautiful view of the sinquerim beach and the Arabian sea. The property is open and hence it has beautiful breeze in the evening. The SFX lounge is an a great place to hang out in the evening during sunset. One can also go up the hill to get a beautiful view of the bay and the sun set. The konkan restaurant also offers great buffet option with lot of options and high on taste.

Property is heritage as such it is quiet dated. I personally not a big fan of such hotels. Services were good otherwise.

Experience lifted by one single person!!

Sanjeev by the pool was our make it or break it. The service he provided was top class. He remembered the names of all the children and genuinely seems to care about the guests. Can’t give him enough stars.
